These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the NexaVoro data recovery software, hosting environments, and associated infrastructure services operated by Caribbean Financial Systems Consultancy Ltd. By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these binding terms.
(01) Service Scope & Availability
NexaVoro provides enterprise-grade data recovery algorithms, partition reconstruction tools, and secure cloud storage infrastructure. While we engineer our platforms for continuous 99.9% uptime, access may occasionally be suspended or restricted to carry out routine maintenance, system upgrades, or emergency infrastructure patches.
(02) Client Data Ownership & Privacy
You retain full and exclusive ownership of all digital assets, recovered files, storage metadata, and proprietary information processed through NexaVoro. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. All recovered binaries and temporary storage volumes are encrypted end-to-end and handled in strict accordance with global data protection standards.
(03) Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to utilize NexaVoro software or hosting infrastructure for unauthorized penetration, data extraction without lawful consent, transmission of malicious code, or infringement of third-party intellectual property. Any violation of these parameters will result in immediate suspension of licensing privileges and service termination.
(04) Security Obligations & Safeguards
Clients are solely responsible for safeguarding account credentials, multi-factor authentication devices, and recovery decryption keys. NexaVoro employs zero-knowledge architecture across specialized recovery modules; consequently, lost master encryption keys cannot be regenerated by our technical team.
(05) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Saint Lucia. Caribbean Financial Systems Consultancy Ltd and the client agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saint Lucia.
